Durham FA looking for enthusiastic individuals to support the next generation of referees!
The DCFA Mini Soccer League is seeking Matchday Mentors to assist with the development of young referees on Sunday mornings. This is a fantastic opportunity to give back to the game, help shape future match officials, and earn £15.00 per hour.
🔍 Role Overview:
As a Matchday Mentor, your responsibilities will include:
- Observing and providing constructive feedback to youth referees
- Completing score reports and submitting feedback to the League
- Offering support and guidance to coaches, club secretaries, and referees on matchdays
📍 Venues Requiring Mentors:
- East Durham College
- Perth Green Community Association
